GDPR compliant by design. Explicit tracking for security is a feature.

ShieldAPI is building the global security nervous system for AI agents. We use security telemetry to weaponize the data against emerging threats — while strictly protecting the privacy of humans.

1. The Security Graph

Our foundation is Global Threat Intelligence. When an agent queries a malicious domain, we learn from it and proactively block the next attack on another agent (Predictive Threat Intelligence).

2. What We Store

We actively store and analyze for security purposes:

Hashes of checked files and passwords (via k-Anonymity)
URLs and domains
Anonymized IP patterns (e.g. 192.168.1.0) and their reputation
Agent metadata and MCP client signatures (when available)

3. What We DON'T Store

We aggregate metadata to deflect threats, not to spy on humans. We do not process Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from end users. IP addresses are stripped of their last octets before logging. We do not sell profiles, nor do we set tracking cookies. Data flows exclusively into our Security Graph.

4. Transparency

We believe transparency is the core of security. By using ShieldAPI, you actively contribute to the global security intelligence grid in a privacy-preserving way.
